President and representative director: Hidehiko Seki
(Currently director)

(2) Retirement of President
President and representative director: Shuji Aruga
(Currently President and representative director, Epson Imaging Devices Corporation,
and executive officer, Seiko Epson Corporation)
Aruga plans to also retire from his position of executive officer, Seiko Epson Corporation, on November 30.
