Epson Imaging Devices Corporation announced that the following executive personnel changes were approved at a special shareholders meeting and board of statutory auditors meeting, held today.

(2) Appointment of auditor
Standing statutory auditor: Toshimichi Mochizuki
(Current position: Corporate management department General manager)
The changes are effective as of today.
